This product meets all CIWMB and SPIM’s objectives for discharge of waste and sustainable cleaning and degreaser product usage. This custodial item also meets Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Soap and Detergent Association and EPA tests for green sustainable practices for reportable clean waste and toxicity.
Environmental (LEED-EB) Sustainability Project Overview
The product presented herein qualify as a registered sustainable building maintenance product under the Certified levels of the Leadership in Education and Environmental Design – Existing building (LEED-EB) standards of the U.S. Green Building Council. Program managers and custodians striving to achieve and maintain their LEED-EB status can use this product to support and maintain the buildings best management custodial practices. The project also focuses on effective use and compatibility on all materials and surfaces such as terrazzo floors, concrete, carpets from natural and recycled products including porous and non porous surfaces, metal ceilings and other recycled materials on the structure and furnishings, respectively.
Basic Description
Surface cleaner and degreaser, mild, very light foamy, Green Clean Institute certification, National Sanitary Foundation Certification, EPA registered, Sterifide's OneShot Plus , by Sterifide LaboratoriesCM to meet joint standards for multiple surfaces as a biodegradable cleaner.
U/M Description
1250 ml: Multi-surface cleaner and degreaser, mild, very light foaming with the following properties & performance standards:

Not to be environmentally harmful under normal dilution, expected usage and typical drainage to sewers, septic and treatment plants.
No special considerations necessary for transport according to local, state and Federal regulations.
